So spirituality?

Every now and then I delve into a new domain and try to understand and experience it. Lately I have read and watched tons of videos on spirituality.
It all started with this video and it was excruciatingly long.
The concept is simple yet feels unreal. I bet Christopher Nolan could make a movie on this.
Then I kept listening to some interesting folks like Sadhguru, Alan Watts, J. Krishnamurti etc. Everyone seems to talk generally about the same concept “How everyone and everything is connected”.
I am not at a point where I say spirituality is epic and what not. But it is slowly growing on me, provides another outlook to my life.
